Most health / medical conditions are NOT actually from a disease ‘attacking’ the body.

They are the result of our:

  1. Cells/tissues,
  2. Organs (brain, lungs, liver stomach, etc.),
  3. Systems (muscular, digestive, skeletal, reproductive, etc.)

working at less than optimal function. We actually produce these conditions by our lifestyle habits. Among medical authorities it is widely accepted that a majority of the ailments experienced in our bodies can be prevented. It is not the occasional treat we allow ourselves, but our lifestyle habits that over time create shifts in our bodies.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching

Using a detailed history and evaluation, we can see two sets of patterns:

  1. Patterns of how we use Our Bodies
    • Whether we get the nutrition we need
    • What toxicity we consume or are exposed to that over stimulates inflammatory and immune response
    • Moving our bodies enough to keep muscles, joints, and circulation healthy
    • Getting enough rest to adapt to physical, mental, emotional stresses of daily life
  2. Patterns of how we use Our Minds
    • Our thought patterns, beliefs, and emotions trigger responses that may or may not be productive for our physical health or progress in other goals in life.

I’ll use this information to create a strategy for success including all relevant factors.
